I imagine V’ger lounging around sipping cocktails, watching TOS reruns on a tropical paradise planet.

I was thinking about this film today. At the end, when they talk about having witnessed a birth, I wondered did the series in any incarnation ever follow up on what became of V’ger/Decker/Ilea? The movie was so nebulous about that, especially in its 1979 release. What happened after V’ger got home?

Alien: Sentinel
Ever since the first "Alien" film appeared, I've noodled with story ideas for sequels. In the late 1990s, I wrote a story that was partly a reaction to the fourth Alien movie, which I felt went comple...

Oh, I always wondered what happened to him below the waist. Looks like he skipped leg day. What's this from, Peter? Is it related to the Dark Horse "Mala'kak" stories?

Ditto with the derelict vs Nostromo! In my imagination, I have wandered the halls of the Nostromo so many times; but that Giger horseshoe and the big guy in the chair still haunt me.

This was one of my favorite museums, dedicated to the history of the city, but I have not visited since it moved from Barbican to Docklands. It's about an hour journey each way on the Elizabeth Line from LHR to West India Quay on the DLR: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/London_...

Frank's work blows the floating head slop of modern movie posters out of the water. The four above are stunning. "The Dark of the Sun" is one of my favorites, an apocalyptically insane composition. Genius work.
