If she is able to get a referral to one of the centres of excellence they will and are best placed to rule it in or out. GP can refer - it’s a full day but worth a consider/looking into if unsure.

It took over 5 years to get to the point of formal diagnosis. I have the neuro variant which makes life particularly difficult. But I don’t think anyone has it easy.
I dropped on by seeing a neurologist privately who happened to have a Behçets specialist in his team.

It took over 5 years to get to the point of formal diagnosis. I have the neuro variant which makes life particularly difficult. But I don’t think anyone has it easy.
