personally, I have a ton of floaters, along with image noise, flashing afterimages, movement trails, dots of zig zagging light when looking at blue light, and very strong phosphenes that make it feel like I can still see with my eyes closed. I first noticed when I was 8 years old or so

I think it's kinda cool, seeing things in a unique way ☺️ just not when I have a migraine

I also have visual snow, for as long as I can remember. It's been particularly distressing for me recently, but I can sometimes ignore it if I'm focused on something.
