One interesting thing to consider is the redistricting in Texas may turn into a dummy mander. For there redistricting they relied heavily on the Hispanic shift towards the right from the last election but according to latest polls Hispanics have shifted heavily back the other way.

It wouldn't backfire due to backlash it could backfire because if you dilute to many votes away from ceartain districts it could actually lead to some seats becoming more competitive or even flipping red. We need more states to grow a spine and fight back California cant do it all alone.

Actually businesses do accept bitcoin retail,and recently there has been more of a push for retail crypto acceptance.

It can lower costs for buisness,accepting crypto currency as a payment is cheaper than traditional credit cards.

Well firstly it isn't anonymous,the block chain is public for anyone to view,but some legitimate use cases are sending money to people you know across the world for low cost,wether that be family,friends etc. They can provide banking to those who otherwise don't have access to traditional banks-

The point of the bill was to regulate crypto. Don't get me wrong there where genuine concerns with it being passed and it should of been revised to address those concerns,but crypto should have some sort of regulation around it.
