Don’t knock people who’re trying to help with immediate information from the site directly just because no one else has reported yet.In incidents this big you will hear from local officials before anything else as they are watching it unfolding.SAR helicopters were watching it move down river.

Know that what she posted came from a press conference as it was happening with the head of TEMA.This was just a part of it.The NWS wasn’t showing yet,it was coming from Incident Command on the ground.If you would like I have video of them driving around announcing it over their loudspeakers.
