Unfortunately due to me having to brace for night shifts again, I had to miss the live stream of The Squire's League finals, and also the dueling tournament ;-;

At least it seems like people had fun with both of them, especially the league seemed to have gotten people hyped.

The entirety of last week and last weekend was the closest I felt to being apart of a active big FC since SHB.

I really missed that feeling and it was so amazing to feel it again.

I couldn't think of a better way to spend the weekend than hanging out with the PVP community in FFXIV, some of the funniest people are apart of it and I will always strongly encourage people to check out the PVP discords if they want to have fun in PVP.

Also to absolutely toot my own horn, I'm happy I was consistently top on the leader board for every job-based meme game involving Frontlines.

Sure I didn't win the prizes because the score was too low, but at least I dealt the most damage r-right? (ignoring my deaths).

Rival Wings was also a blast, there was also a good chunk of people who were completely new to Rival Wings who joined, it was fun seeing them quickly pick up on the mechanics of Rival Wings despite the fact the matches were supposed to be meme games.

The " A Knight's Tale" event was also very fun, although for day 2 I couldn't find a buddy to partner with so instead I took on the role of a sneaky bandit trying to snipe em >:)

Although it was a shame I couldn't bully THE Princess and Knight, we ended up on the same team all three games lol.

Sorry couldn't fit the content into one post.

For Content, it'd probably be the Arcadion Raids. I love and adore everything about them, I like the mostly simple mechanics but sped up, I like the boss designs, I like the isolated story, and I never seen another MMO make a wrestling raid before.

I just prefer the theming from PoTD over HoH, and I dooooo kinda think it neat PoTD is still the only DD with 200 floors.

Plus PoTD was how I leveled my Black Mage what feels like a decade ago(it was probably 2019).

Overall, my favorite Deep Dungeon so far. Cool mechanics, best room layouts so far, and I like that most the mobs were sight based so I could play ninja without necessarily griefing for once.

The Tier List is probably: PIlgrim > Eureka > PoTD > HoH.

I miss my little onion buddies from Eureka Orthos! how can I feel safe without my onion knight wearing a mixture of Paladin gear with Ninja Weapons and the onion hat(before it became possible in 5.4!)

Feo Ul is still cool though.

I wish the first theme was kept a bit longer, but I still enjoyed the theming near the middle and last set.

My favorite theme though was definitely the first set, it's great for gposing if you're willing to hop in just for that.

I also think the pomanders were neat and strong but-

I will say, the boss difficulties are weird and scattered. I have no idea why some of the later bosses are easier than the few in the early or middle half.

The final boss was a nice treat though.
I do think it took slightly too long for the themes of some of the area to change though-

in one or two goes. The mechanics were fun, the mobs are generally easier than the prior three Deep Dungeons, but can still get hectic when 40 birds sneak up behind you or weird crocodile bear things.

I'd highly recommend anyone give it a shot, it's a great entry point into endgame-esque encounters

I never heard of this song before, but it's so perfect lol.
