Forget about it until five days later 🙃 But for real I sit and try to remember small little things and usually it creates a domino effect and I remember more and more. Helps my foggy brain that way. Like remember a movie or a funny joke a friend made and the background becomes more reachable.

I usually shut off my emotional side and try looking at it logically and help them that way.
