- I kept 'joking' to my little sibling (who is now also queer) that I was bi/gay for months before I came out.
- I joked my way out to mum while she was on the phone, but she'd already spent years finding gay, straight and bi porn web cookies in the family PC's cache, so don't think she was shocked.

- I wasn't fully out to all of my grandparents until I was 19, when an uncle accidentally outed me to my grandad.
- I never officially came out to dad because it scared me, but past a point, he just knew, and we didn't talk about it. He's a fantastic ally now, but it was rough for a while.
