(A city skyline and close up on a window with light streaming in. the room JV are in is full of paintings along the walls, books, and a desk. Jayce is wearing a loose white shirt and Viktor is wearing a semi-Baroque inspired outfit with his blanket as a cloak.) Jayce: 'Have you ever thought about... Maybe settling somewhere? Laying down some roots?' Viktor: 'What, here?' Jayce: 'No, no, just... In general. It would be helpful to have a library, or a lab again.' (panel shows books sitting on the floor) 'Somewhere we can start compiling all of this information.' (scene continues. Viktor is backlit by the sun. he raises a hand to his chest, clenches his fingers in a loose fist. There is the suggestion of faint arcane scarring on his skin.) Viktor: All the multiverse at your fingertips... And you want to choose just one world?' (Jayce moves closer to put his hands on his shoulders, steadying him.) Jayce: 'It doesn't have to be something we decide right now. I'm not expecting it to. But if we find the right place, some day... Would you be willing to...?' (Viktor holds the back of Jayce's hand, which is cupping his cheek. he moves his face and kisses his palm, looking at him softly.) Viktor: 'I'll consider it. I can't imagine what the 'right place' would look like, though.' (Jayce laces his fingers with Viktor's) Jayce: 'I'm sure you'll know it when you see it.'
