I wouldn’t presume so - could be doses that a particular pharmacy just doesn’t use often. Non-zero chance someone could be the one patient at a pharmacy that’s on (insert med & strength here)

Generally speaking, prescription vials meds are dispensed in to patients are labeled as having a year long expiration date from dispense date unless the stock bottle has a nearer date of expiration than that. Doesn’t mean the stock bottle always has a sub-one year exp. date.

These vibes are good if it's ortho, peds, or enocrinology.
