I also felt (pun intended) that way when I saw the works of others and my first project was a MESS but it didn't stop me! I kept my first ever piece and it's so fun to see how my skill has evolved over time. It can be fun to join a community of others of the same craft too and share n learn together

It's called "needle felting"! Some ppl use various bases and others use just wool. There are kits available that supply you with all the materials and tools with directions on how to enjoy the craft (that's how I got started)! There are also SO many videos out there too! It's a very fun craft!!
