Canada has been trying to hit the 400,000 mark for the past decade falling short of 300,000. Which is our estimated capacity of home building. I am guessing that is the number that is “almost half a million”. It’s estimated that 400,000 is just to meet demand not create surplus. #cdnpoli #politics
