If you live in an area frequented by venomous snakes, there is a vaccine for dogs, known as Crotalus Atrox Toxoid (CAT). It's designed to stimulate a dog's immune system to produce antibodies against the venom, reducing the severity of a bite and buying time to seek veterinary care. Best wishes.
