I'm working with Aklo and foxygrandpa to best honor Hax on Slippi.

Hax loved Melee and likely played more Slippi than anyone. It then feels apt to give him a permanent custom ranked profile page.

The answer to this was NO Fox's laser cannot phantom hit, or at least, it doesn't do any damage when it does.

The following clip is modified to increase the phantom threshold so basically everything phantoms.
