My guess is, it will be much easier, faster and especially cheaper to adapt drone technology and drone tactics compared to any advance in APS. E.g. just saturate it.

As someone else has mentioned, the US already has a base (Pituffik), which is under US jurisdiction. If it's not enough, why not just ask for permission to construct more? Lack of space won't be an issue I guess...

For me all these factors do not matter so much anymore. What do any of them help, if a swarm of drones kills your tank company, long before you're in firing range? Effective, affordable, keeping-up-in-terrain protection against this, seems to be the key factor for the time being.

Also it's a lie. The AfD is (1.) not the most popular party here and (2.) since most voters of all other parties want nothing to do with it, 75% of voters are against it (even in the East it's roughly 65% against).
