Recently I said to one of my neighbors that it was a beautiful day and she answered back "thank you" and I just decided not to correct her
So one thing I have been doing to kind of interrupt my doomscrolling is to either save pages to the Wayback Machine or check if pages have already been saved there. I randomly checked to see if Bea Gaddy's Wikipedia bio had been saved there, and someone had saved it on Jan. 30 ❤️

I tried poori chaat for the first time ever and I love it so much. Not sure if they made it sweeter for Americans, but the heat/spice/tangy/sweet balance and the texture are so great. I also had Peshawari naan for the first time 😍

There are drink/snack vending machines ON the IKEA showroom floor now, in theory to keep people from being hangry in IKEA, which I get, but then there’s food trash among the merchandise 😖

Recently I took a walk at dusk and walked under a tree full of crows chattering. I got the distinct impression that they were talking to each other; they were chattering long before I walked by and no other people were nearby 🐦⬛🐦⬛🐦⬛🐦⬛🐦⬛

At work earlier tonight, a spider lowered itself down from the ceiling all the way to the floor near my desk. This happened after midnight, so yes, it was Friday the 13th. And I was working in room number… 13 ⚰️
