Received this on my UC journal today and it's stressing me out. Talking about "next steps" and seeing how they can help get me into work, but only if I want to. "It's all voluntary, we won't take your uc away" they say, but I don't trust them one bit. Don't know how to reply

This keeps popping up when I open my email app, but doesn't give me any idea of what additional action I need to take, literally only gives me an option to cancel. It's this shit that makes me feel stupid.

Got asked if I'd rehome my cat's brother yesterday, and I'm gutted I can't 😭 If I wasn't still in temporary accommodation, I'd have him in a heartbeat. Tried to persuade my dad to take him, but he's not keen. I'll keep trying to work on him though! Ginge is HUGE compared to Sunny, look...🧡
