True. I suspect that Purdy won’t be able to throw the ball 100%, should make zeroing in in the run game a bit easier.

Yeah, obviously, but not all TVs are going to display it the same, and some may have worse judder than intended with settings turned off. What does one do in that situation?

I understand what you’re saying, but the reality is many TV’s have both of these settings turned on or tied together. Telling someone to just turn off all motion smoothing often results in an increase of judder that I would argue is also not in line with the intended look and feel of the film.

I understand that, but I feel like lower and mid budget models benefit from just the smallest amount of judder reduction. This isn’t a problem you get in a movie theater.

Do you disable it completely? I find that a lot of TV’s need at least a little bit of help with the picture assuming custom options are available. I feel like a lot of modern TV’s seem to make motion less smooth than it was intended to be with all motion settings disabled.

They need to further commit to the run game, and find answers against stout run defenses like the Chiefs. If they can do that, they will not be stopped.
