A sight from today's walk. A little longer than yesterday but a little faster too. Getting there!

Each year I add a name to those for whom I walk-this year is no different. On 4/14/25 a friend's husband passed away from complication of Alzheimer's. So adding Gary Dalis to the list.

It is so important to support the Research Grants & Family Supports.

Donations of any amount are appreciated.

What a great event. Spent the morning and part of the afternoon with Norma at the #BillericaHealthFair meeting area residents and providing information about the programs, services, and events of the Alzheimer's Association MA/NH Chapter. #ENDALZ

It's going to be in the single number degrees in the coming days -- time to head some place warm.
Hmmmm .... Hawaii? Australia? Where would you go?

Too many Boston hockey losses, both 🐻 and ⚓️. Good efforts last few games, but not the needed results. ☹️

Tomorrow is the longest night. Last night caregivers from the New England Region of the Alzheimer's Association lit luminaries in memory/honor of loved ones with Alz or another dementia. Mine are in memory of my parents, extended family, and my best friend. They all are missed beyond words. #EndAlz
