DYK: In 1961 John Young, a former radiator repairman, opened “Wings N’ Things” in Buffalo, NY 6 blocks from War Memorial Stadium where the Bills played 🏈 There he laid the foundation for “Buffalo Wings” selling whole fried wings with his homemade “Mumbo Sauce” for $.05 a wing.

Had a very successful annual check up today. Good #s all around. Down 10lbs since my last visit & BP is down to normal levels 124/76. Remember: It’s all about balance. For every 🍕 I post there’s also lots of 🍎 🥗& exercise. Here’s to your health!
