Just watched 2 cars stop in the middle of the street for an ambulance instead of pulling over to the right lane where there was space and the ambulance couldn’t get through and started honking and the cars still didn’t move

We have got to get comfortable with being uncomfortable and sit in our truths. Lying about where we’re at just to appease our emotions does more harm than it does good. Complacency does not lead us, discomfort does.

One of my many childhood dreams was to be a dancer and I took 2 dance classes in middle school. Unsurprisingly, my mom never took me back. I also danced for my 5th grade promotion 🤣 anyway I’m taking my first real dance class next week I’m so excited

Did 30 min stretching, core as always, leg day, 15 min in zone 4-5 cardio on the stair master, and now a 2 mile walk with the dogs. Hell yeah
