Yesterday was a wash with almost no sleep the night before. Back at it today with another round of whipr+legs+back. These 15min sessions are just enough to get me worked up, but also all I have time for. It's definitely not how I've exercised in the past, but I'm glad that I feel it thru the day.

Big shout-out to the wife for letting me sleep through the 4am change today. After 18 hours straight yesterday I was not doing well.

Got another quick morning workout in today - more whipr and more arms. I'm finally getting the whopper door jam dialed in. That thing suuuuucks.

I guess the upside of being up at 4am for a diaper change and not being able to sleep after is that I got my morning workout in. Short whipr session and leg day.

Who would have thought having a baby would throw off your fitness plans?

Well I got back at it a little bit today to just start moving again. 10 minites on the new to me whipr, and a light shoulder/arm set.

I'm going to try to do that a couple times a day and see how that fits between diapers.

Three days of stomach virus and I only managed to drop a little 🤣 243.5. finally woke up feeling normal today, so that's nice.

The last few days I've been telling myself "hey, you did a lot of active work, thats exercise!" But really I know that's just making excuses to not workout. Then I blame my ADHD, but that feels like a cop-out, too. I desperately lack internal motivation. Maybe I'll find some tomorrow 🤣😂😭

Breakfast - pumpkin banana bread + peanut butter + protein coffee
Lunch - Greek yogurt, frozen berries, granola,
Dinner - polenta + sausage stew? Not really sure what it's called, but it's good and made like 10-12 servings in one Dutch oven!

245.5 today. Nice to see it moving down, though I know the first 5-6 lbs always come off quick. My heaviest was almost 10 years ago at 267. My lightest was 15 months ago at 218. Initial goal is to get under 220, and ultimately down to 200. That's still "overweight" but hella better than now!

Okay, didn't do so well updating yesterday. Lunch was some homemade chicken stir fry with quinoa and brown rice; dinner was leftover nachos. I didn't break out the gym equipment, but did four hours of hand-tool woodworking. My watch says it's ~4000 steps worth, and my back/shoulders agree.

Spent all day running errands and cleaning the garage. Tomorrow back into some more concerted exercise. Tonight's dinner was some homemade nachos.

20 minute walk with the dog this morning followed by plenty of chorin'. Leftover breakfast burrito for lunch. Now back to chorin' (that ceiling fan isn't going to install itself!)

Breakfast today - homemade eggs Benedict and a glass of cider (when it comes to cider, I'm 100% a fall girlie. Fight me.) 2 eggs, 2 small lices of soughdough, 2 piece bacon, hollandaise to taste (so like 3 tbsp-ish)

Today's lunch workout - 25 minute body wake up to get things started.

-10 min stationary bike
-1 light set each - 20 kb swings, 20 kb squats, 10 around the worlds, 10/10 OH press, 10 tricep ext, 10/10 curls, 10 breath plank, 5 walk-outs
-5 minutes on my new diy SUP Trainer rig
