Irony. I’ve been a rolled sleeves & glasses guy for 20+ years. Only realized recently that’s cuz I have sensory issues w/wrists & that I totally missed any flirty responses cuz that’s what the ‘tism does. Apologies if my bare forearms gave you the vapors.

When I was in the business 20 years ago, fine dining chefs uniformly preferred farmed Atlantic over all other salmanoids except wild king in blind tastings.

I used to loathe this part, but then I learned I could smoke butts/brisket overnight, pull it in the morning, wrap it in foil & hold it in a cooler stuffed with towels until serving time.

I had one of those salespeople in a while back. After her 2nd attempt I close me on the spot I looked her in the eye & said “the longer you stay in my kitchen, the less likely you are to make a sale.” and stared at her until she left. Never bothered to send a quote.
