Breakfast listening. As a kid in the '70s I always liked Cat Stevens but couldn't afford the albums, all of which I later bought.Since returning to music as Yusuf, I've thought his albums were OK but not up to the old stuff. Until this one, which is superb from start to finish.

The Mail on Sunday has a front page orgasm at the thought of Labour carrying on the Tory policy of making life harder for the sick, disabled and vulnerable. It's a shame Starmer hasn't declared war on tax avoiding billionaires.

Just seen Blitz at the Phoenix in Leicester and what a great film it was! Highly recommended.
