We rarely have weather here in AZ. We are having a great monsoon season this year. Well over due. Our lovely Kaya is a bit scared and hiding under my desk. Our dogs love my husband a bit more. I am happy that she still finds comfort next to me.

@orchids.bsky.social Finally got this orchid to bloom. It has been at least 4 years. Don’t know anything about it except it is an Oncidium. I liked it and purchased it at a grocery store. I have had to split it once because it grows fast. Just was challenging to get it to bloom. I am so happy!!

She is adorable. We now have a pup that is similar in looks that showed up on our doorstep about 3 years ago. We were going to take him to a no kill shelter but he grew on us and now he is part of the family.

Today was a bitter sweet day. A friend passed away a week ago and we had a celebration of life for him today. He was a very compassionate and loving person. He was also a great bowler, which is how we met, bowling. We sure did have fun bowling together. I will miss you!
