verbal words mean nothing, they will tell you whatever you want to hear. only the written contract means anything. FORCE them to sign their verbal commitment and things they told you. record and write down their verbal agreements and negotiations with you, only the writing has a chance of truth

and then, once verbally tell you whatever and then pretty much completely change the written agreement. do NOT agree to third party arbitration unless you carefully read everything and truly believe the pay and benefits are fair for the written agreement

But i guess we all know you won't for all the years i was the only one to stand up to you. and you never learned.. however you silence me, i just hope things are different in the future for others.

It's too hard for them to think rationally and objectively and addition to that have their thoughts and emotions easily played and manipulated.. Also having a spine for morality/ethics and speaking out about it is very hard. Doing something about it even if it costs you is even way harder.
