It never gets old! Quite a few trips on the Maid Of The Mist when I lived in Ontario. Always a great destination for friends/family who visited from BC or overseas. Great photo!

I do carpentry work in Australia. Need to start very early mornings in the summer months. Definitely hard to manage the heat and gets me down after weeks on end. Luckily we have a cool house but thinking more about shade structures and drought resilience as well as large capacity water storage.

That’s great insulation! Not a priority for past and present builders in Australia unfortunately. I’m slowly insulating the old house we purchased - difficult access so needing to remove old siding etc… I have several friends in Canada with masonry heaters - simply the best! I’m working towards it🔥
