i am in the tarkine. it’s very nice and nobody should chop it down or dig it up
enormous eucalypt tree trunk with moss on it. so big you can’t see the top. 500 years old apparently a mangled log lies on the floor of the bush. chips of wood everywhere. cockatoos did this (cockatoos not pictured) an idyllic moss covered forest floor. tree trunks and ferns.

i’m going into the tarkine today with the Bob Brown foundation and 90 artists so if you never hear from me again that’s probably a good thing. This is from the pre camp briefing last night. It is a picture of an enormous blue crayfish and I plan to see one they can grow to a metre allegedly

LARGE QUOLL UNDER THE DECK! the dogs were sniffing near it and it made a terrible noise. i sent the dogs away and took this photo you can see the spots
