I don't think a coaching change necessarily makes this a winning team. A coaching change might change the mentality and make them a slightly more competitive team and increase trade values. Isn't that the plan? You couldn't sell some of these guys for a washing machine.

What is the coaching staff doing to combat the defense pinching and creating odd man rushes so consistently? It seems like two or three times per game (minimum) there's an odd man rush on a defense pinch. After watching multiple games, there doesn't seem to be much in terms of adjustments.
