To be fair, Oras did have all the Gen 6 quality of life changes, Mega Evolution, new locations, expanding secret bases, the Dexnav and including over 100 other Pokemon in the post game with it only sacrificing the gamecorner and the bigger sin of the Battle Frontier.
Bdsp didn't do much either.
