I'm not saying it's a Star Citizen killer, but this looks like a really good intermediary while we wait for SC's continued development. The character models look fantastic. Environments need a bit of work, but I think this looks great.

I'm not saying it's a Star Citizen killer, but this looks like a really good intermediary while we wait for SC's continued development. The character models look fantastic. Environments need a bit of work, but I think this looks great.

Another great night of Saving Stanton with the squad. This time we brought a hammerhead, a polaris, and a few fighters.
We had a few people call it an early night, but this was the team after returning to Hurston.

500k UEC for one size 10 torp on the polaris. Damn.
I'd be interested to see what other balances this will eventually bring to torps, PDCs, and the entirety of long range combat in SC. Cause that's 14 million UEC to re-arm a polaris once is wild. Especially if all those were shot down by PDCs.

For me, I'm stuck between Engineering and base building. The idea of an Amos, running around a ship in high-g maneuvers trying to fix things is tantalizing, but I know I'm a base builder in every game I play.

We ended up having to build it in the Cargo Elevator, and I'd really love to see the 'snapping' ability added to personal hangars.
The hardest part was the jump in the middle. Ended up calling it 'the leap of faith'.

The 4.0 PTU is pretty neat - Unfortunately, still very buggy. A whole new series of workarounds to learn (Like not leaving your hangar when it's not fully open, otherwise you become incorporeal) but, hopefully it's ironed out before Wave 2+.
