Unless you are in the UK I doubt you will realise that “blue hairs” is a term used to describe something “unusual” or “different” based on the fact humans do not usually have blue hair.

If this had been introduced as stand alone legislation it would not have passed, so instead it was tagged to the equality act 2010, that then relates to acts that cover the workplace so leading to where you are.
