That means she KNOWS the Democrats would not lose many people to the truth coming out.

Great! We would obviously have to change these numbers to today's equivalent. $400,000 in 1950 is equivalent in purchasing power to about $5,239,236.51 now. I would personally suggest lower rates for those low income people to be able to survive/ build. Fewer write offs & loopholes for the rich too!
