i hate pmsing so much, but the fact that my periods barely ever come is not the answer lol. i basically feel like i’m low grade pmsing most of my life. i need that catharsis of bleeding and coming out of the fog.

i recently heard that taking famotidine (pepcid) during the week before can help with pmdd symptoms. i have really irregular periods but if i ever get my shit ass hormones sorted out enough for it to predictable, i’m gonna try it out
