Do your diligence and research what PG owns and avoid them. I had plenty of LGBT and women come to me in confidence as I was the one that would stand up for them and this is what happened. Insane policies and they treat employees like crap.

1st HR said "why don't you quit" 2nd HR said "oh its just that way" (say for bro culture) and 3rd said nothing. Then I was met with increasing retaliation and write ups with a record that included coming in early, staying late, helping multitudes of teams and training, tons of cost savings.
