Yea, that’s the cool thing about life I guess. We all get to make our decisions. I happen to think that his decision is way less about what you’re saying, and way more about his inability to separate loyalty from business. When people don’t perform, they need to be let go. It’s not a non-profit.

not a fool.UR thinking about what decisions could be made 2 actually improve the franchise. Ross unfortunately only thinking about what decisions can be made in order to not have to admit failure.Moving on means he picked the wrong guy(s),& for some reason he can’t admit that when it comes to Grier.

Tyreek Hill stuff is GREAT news in my opinion.He can take Ramsey and Holland and Grier with him.
I do hate that he put it out there like that because it reduces leverage Phins would have in trade market. But that’s what selfish people do.

Abiding to the contract? The contract is an agreement to be paid over x amount of years.He can still do what is needed & fire Grier w/o violating terms of the contract.This has NOTHING to do with “taking care of our own”. & if that matters to you as a coach or GM you’re too soft to be in pro sports.

Steve Ross is an absolute joke of an owner. I’m a fan for life, but I’ve never been more disheartened. Anyone that follows this team can tell we need a change in the front office. Except for the one person who can actually make the change. SMH.

Strength to protect himself? It’s Tua’s refusal to protect himself that we’re in this spot anyways.I love his heart and desire to win, but we cannot trust him to protect himself and that is enough for me to be convinced we have to have a top tier backup qb.

Thanks to Grier & to be fair, McDaniel too.Let’s hope we have a new GM next year that can figure out a way to draft a solid o-line & backup qb.I’d love to hope Snoop can be a good backup qb, but there must be a reason he’s bounced around thus far & not stuck anywhere.

3 - now here we are again, listening to the haters.watching another team put a stranglehold on the division & we know in our heart that we don’t have the GM/HC/QB to compete w/ them or w/ the rest of the top tier teams.but 4 a brief time,we thought we did.we thought it was our turn.& it wasn’t.again
