Ampharos is startled to find a cloth on their head and medicine and fruit juice on the nightstand. Where did they all come from? Ampharos climbs to the top of the lighthouse and finds Lanturn and Wattrel asleep, with the morning sun awash over the waves of the sea. Ampharos hurriedly carries Lanturn and Wattrel down (collecting a new sleep style as an homage to Pokémon Sleep). Later, when Lanturn finally awakes in Ampharos's bed after their long night adventure, Ampharos tackles Lanturn, relieved to see they are alright too. With all now awake and well, Lanturn, Ampharos, and Wattrel all enjoy the juice that Lanturn brought, along with some snacks. The end!

As Lanturn reaches the room near the top of the lighthouse, they discover Ampharos unconscious on the floor! Ampharos is running a fever, so Lanturn puts Ampharos to bed along with giving some medicine. As Lanturn looks out the lighthouse's window, they see the sun setting. With Ampharos sick, no one is able to illuminate the lighthouse. But Lanturn has an idea: they can illuminate the lighthouse in Ampharos's stead! Lanturn climbs the ladder to the very top of the lighthouse, where sea can be seen in all directions. Lanturn's bright light illuminates the lighthouse and can be seen a long ways away, illuminating the sea for Lapras, Pellipers, and Finizens. A flock of Wattrel is flying by the lighthouse and one Wattrel decides to land and pay Lanturn a visit. The Wattrel decides to keep Lanturn company and cheer Lanturn on throughout the night! As the night progresses, Lanturn gets sleepier and sleepier. Wattrel electrically shocks Lanturn and, thanks to Lanturn's Volt Absorb, gives Lanturn the energy they need to keep the lighthouse illuminated. As day breaks, we see Ampharos awakening from their sick slumber.
