Modern astrology + asteroids
Outer planet and malefic love
'You even ruined God for me, but I still try to pray.' I've been sitting with these lyrics all week, turning them over in my mind like a palm stone, hoping they'll reveal why the words hit me so hard. And that's when I finally named my experience - 'spiritual abuse.'

Neptunic, 7H, 12H, Libra, and Pisces people experience a ~mirror effect~ where our very selves are refracted and projected upon by others. People see the best and worst of themselves in our mirror, placing us on an impossible pedestal or stripping us down because of their misperceived reality.

This weekend's Full Moon at 23° Libra coincides with Venus going Direct. After a period of setbacks, revelations, and frustrations in Retrograde and Eclipse Season, things are finally clearing up - but this clarity comes with a Chironic cost.

Asteroids are a deep and powerful look into the birth chart, the psyche, and the transits that we experience. With asteroids, we explore the mythos of ourselves through the astrological mirror.

because I live and breathe astrology even after the difficult phase (nodal reverse + Saturn return) ended. I've tracked transits and perused asteroids for years, but this eclipse in Virgo pushed me into a new era of service (from priestess to astrologer)
How do you know if astrology was just the obsession that helped you through a really difficult phase in your life, or whether it‘s a calling that you should pursue further? This is a serious question

“The 3rd house is boring” you mean the house of the GODDESS? The house where the Moon rejoices? The house that births literal witches & enchants your every day life? Mmmmmmm

Uzbek folk wisdom tells us to take violet flowers and leaves with mint and stinging nettle as a tea each morning in spring to prevent stomach aches. This is also a perfect recipe to incorporate into your routine to support lymphatic health and boost nutrition as winter comes to an end.

Neptune in Aries is imagining a better world so that we can create it. We see this in the global radicalization against tyranny - where even the most privileged in the working class have an individual (Aries) interest in breaking free. Things will change because of the will of the people.

Historically, the collective longs to be free when Neptune is in Aries, as a rational response to the entrapment of Neptune in Pisces (which is connected to the 12H of imprisonment and the unconscious).

At the core of New Age 'collective' ideology is a desire to surrender (Neptune, 12H) to predetermined roles: think Starseeds and Trad Wives. Succumbing is erasure of the self, becoming 'just like everyone else' but under the pretense of individual thought.

For the last 14 years, Neptune has been in its watery home of Pisces, birthing the rise of New Age spirituality and Alt-Right pipeline: and the romanticism of the 'divine feminine' and Trad Life in response to a crumbling Capitalist system. But a new era is upon us.
