But I do still need sugar, if my sugar in take is low then I will have headaches and get sleepy. Also would be bad.

Been trying to lessen sweet drinks since last year because it would be bad. I have hormone issues and it somewhat kicked the hormone insulin for no known reason!? So I have to be careful with my drinks.
