For example, I usually don't like feral stuff. If it's a person's mind trapped inside an animal body, it's a bit better but still not my preference. I've always been partial to anthro stuff for that reason - I still get the sense of humanity.

I like 1 and 2, I dislike 3 because identity death is too grim for me. I'm okay if it's a mental change caused by character growth (e.g. learning a different perspective, such as sexuality), but a hypnosis-like change that's long-term/permanent? Not my cup of tea.
