I personally wouldn't use Ubuntu. Canonical the company that owns Ubuntu is no better than any other tech company. They've been caught in the past adding spyware to Ubuntu. Mint is Ubuntu but without the canonical stuff. It's even more stable than Ubuntu.

yeah cortado's don't really exist in NZ the main milk drink is a flat white (which was invented here despite what those damn Australians say) It has more coffee to milk and has a thin layer of micro-foam on top!

Oh don't worry I don't turn my nose up at instant. I was on holiday with family so I was more then happy for my parents buying coffees for me. but yeah my main problem is the inconstancy of American coffee and how hard it was to find a good cup in big cities.

In new zealand the quality of coffee directly affects thew success of a cafe. If the coffee is bad people won't go there this extends to even convince shops at petrol stations and fast food joints. we're very picky with the quality of our coffee and anything outside that quality level fails.

I tired coffee from lots of different places and quality levels. the thing is that while there may be good coffee in the states it's quite hard to find. In New Zealand however I can go into most cafes and get a really nice cup of coffee.
