I've since moved from Devon but I'd guess the beaches are filthy. I've never understood why the Conservatives seem to like raw sewage.
But nobody in the UK seems to care. I've made myself ill over this subject (and Brexit), so I must bow out though when I think about it, it makes my blood boil.

I didn't.
In November 2021, I begged my neighbours to email my MP urging him to support the "last chance" HOL amendment to make water companies responsible for raw sewage dumping, but they didn't care. Next, we have the contaminated water crisis in Brixham. Thousands sick. Schools closed.
