Lots of tributes to #JohnPrescott this morning. Back in July 2000 PEP & #TraffordHall brought hundreds of tenants & community activists together in Chester to celebrate the Power of Community. JP agreed to speak at the opening session. Before he came on stage we heard from a number of delegates.
