Scientists at the @robertslab1.bsky.social raised more than £650 for @cancerresearchuk.org by braving the mud at Pretty Muddy at Strathclyde Park. Despite torrential rain the team tackled the challenging course! Huge thanks for helping to fund lifechanging research 👏👏👏

Fascinating research from Dr Kevin Myant's team funded by Cancer Research UK has discovered bowel cancer cells can mimic skin cells to allow them to spread around the body - hopefully this can help find a way to stop this "shapeshifting" and prevent metastasis when cancer becomes harder to treat!
