Interesting points. I like the recordings. Sometimes the Council meetings go very quickly, and, as I do the minutes, it can be easy to miss something. I think the downside is that if you have a technical glitch and you can't record, it looks suspicious.

I think a key part is getting our younger voters interested! Talking about voting in schools, at home, social media, getting out to meet them is crucial.
I don't think voting should be compulsory (in addition to being heavy handed, how would you enforce?) but more encouraged, absolutely.
