Hot port - hot water, port, slice of lemon studded with cloves and a spoonful of sugar or honey. Best comforting treatment in Ireland for most sniffles & coughs🥰 though you can drink it even if you’re well😆

I visited Stratford years ago and was tickled to see high street shops like Boots set in really old looking buildings. I imagined Ann Hathaway dropping in for a bar of soap and some Calpol for the kids…😆
