Some of the practical improvements needed would be incredibly difficult without starting again. The concourses are incredibly crammed, for example, and this has lots of knock on consequences.

Definitely agree on league expansion and more relegation. I disagree on Sunday 6:45 kickoffs though. As a match going fan, this can be difficult for anyone needing to travel a decent distance or for people with kids.
