In my case, it’s been a heating pad. It’s serving double duty eating my knotted muscles and heating the bed in this cold weather.

I was an early adopter. Honestly, it never caught on as well here in the States largely due to marketing.

The minidisc is nice and blank discs are still pretty available. Granted, you’re likely going to be importing the minidiscs from Japan and you’ll get slapped with import tariffs on them.

It would still be great to have. Minidiscs are still my favorite physical media.

Yeah, it can be difficult to explain to others what audio processing issues are like.

I can hear pretty well but in certain environments, it can require a lot of mental bandwidth to keep focus on specific things. It really gets overwhelming at times.
