What happened to Ralph Anderson in “Holly”? Coming from “If it Bleeds” where he’s pretty central, in “Holly” she has nobody to turn to as Barbara and Jerome are busy. Where is Ralph? No mention of him at the end where you explain a number of other lapses. Thx!
