I do not support a 50 year mortgage. Most people are selling their house in 1-2 years. The interest being over 50 years would be borderline predatory. Terrible idea.

Why am I so surprised to discover that the taste of water impacts the taste of my coffee. It's like the coffee has a completely different flavor depending on which tap/bottle water is used. Unsurprisingly, unfiltered tap water makes the worst tasting coffee imo. ☕☕☀️🍁
